American Spectrum Realty Management, LLC ("ASRM") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of American Spectrum Realty, Inc., a publicly traded real estate company. ASRM has contracts for third party management and leasing for over 120 properties totaling over $1 billion of value in 22 states.
