Paul Perkins

Mr. Perkins joined American Spectrum as Senior Vice President of Investments in 2001. He currently provides advisory services to owners and managers of real estate in the areas of finance, recapitalization, loan work outs, acquisitions, dispositions and all related matters. Paul Perkins has more than twenty years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and real estate investment brokerage. He holds an undergraduate degree in business and finance from the University of Southern California (1988), and a master's degree in real estate investments from New York University (1994).

Peter J. Wall Jr.
Vice President

Mr. Wall is responsible for underwriting, sourcing, negotiating, structuring, and closing complex commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States. Mr. Wall utilizes his extensive experience and market knowledge of the multifamily and commercial industries to identify new acquisition opportunities and refinancing opportunities, while applying his prior experience in asset management, loan work outs, recapitalization, and dispositions. Mr. Wall received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Marshall School of Business from the University of Southern California with a concentration in Real Estate Finance. Mr. Wall holds a California Real Estate Broker's License.
