Ric Holland joined American Spectrum in 2002 as the Leasing Manager overseeing the leasing for 30 company owned office, industrial and retail properties in 9 different states. In January 2006 Mr. Holland was appointed Vice President of Investments with asset management responsibilities for American Spectrum’s properties in Texas, Arizona, California, Missouri and Indiana as well as third party assignments for management, leasing and brokerage services. Mr. Holland has over 29 years of commercial real estate experience and earned a BBA in Marketing from the University of Houston - Clear Lake. He has held a Texas Real Estate Broker's license since 1981.

Bill McGrath, CCIM, joined American Spectrum in September 2000 as a Regional Asset Manager and Leasing Representative, focusing on office management and leasing, multi-family redevelopment, and marketing. In 2005, Bill was promoted to Director of Leasing for the Texas Region, overseeing the leasing of the company's office, retail, and office warehousing portfolio consisting of over 2.5 million square feet. In November 2009, Bill was again promoted to Director of Operations for the Texas Region. His responsibilities now include evaluating and implementing pro forma performance, including meeting target leasing goals as well as overseeing the Property Management Operations for all owned and Third Party properties in the Texas Region. In addition, Bill has also been involved with new business development for the company's Third Party division adding in excess of 600,000 square feet to the company's management and leasing portfolio.

G. Anthony Eppolito

Mr. Eppolito was appointed Chief Financial Officer in March 2007. Mr. Eppolito has served as Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary since January 2006 and Controller since 2004. Mr. Eppolito has been with the Company since inception and served as Assistant Controller from March 2002 through October 2004. Mr. Eppolito hold a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Eppolito was appointed Chief Financial Officer in March 2007. Mr. Eppolito has served as Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary since January 2006 and Controller since 2004. Mr. Eppolito has been with the Company since inception and served as Assistant Controller from March 2002 through October 2004. Mr. Eppolito hold a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Smita is responsible for the supervision of the American Spectrum accounting department that services numerous office and retail properties. She is also responsible for processing company payroll and other HR functions. Smita has been with the organization since early 2002 and has served as Property Accountant, Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, and Assistant Controller. Smita brings 15+ years of experience in Third party Management of Office, Retail, Industrial and Apartment Complex. Using her knowledge, she has streamlined and restructured various accounting jobs and functions thus adding to the company’s overall efficiency. Smita is a 1983 graduate of Maharaja Sayajirao University (Baroda, India) with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Auditing.

Wayne has over 25 years of experience in management, leasing, construction, and allied accounting for portfolios of office, industrial, retail, and multi-family properties in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, and Corpus Christi. Wayne's career involvement in the commercial real estate market includes having twice served as President of the Houston Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management, IREM. He holds a Texas Real Estate Broker's License and the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM®).

In January 2010, Jennifer was promoted to Marketing Director and Operations Manager. Her new role includes overseeing all marketing initiatives as well as streamlining the company’s leasing and management departments. Prior to joining American Spectrum, Jennifer was the Marketing Manager for a residential real estate firm specializing in condominiums conversions. She has nearly four years of experience in the on-site sales and marketing of seven condo conversion projects throughout Houston, Fort Worth, Dallas, and Kansas City. Mrs. Symons received a B.B.A in Marketing from Texas Tech University & holds a Texas Real Estate Salespersons License.

Prior to joining American Spectrum, Rick was an investment sales agent with Marcus & Millichap’s San Antonio office. As part of the firm’s National Retail Group, Rick focused on multi-tenant and single tenant retail investment sales throughout South Texas. He was a loan officer with Washington Mutual Bank before joining Marcus & Millichap. Rick holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas State University – San Marcos.
